At Community4Success Inc., we are deeply committed to uplifting the youth and the families of our community by offering transformative programming that goes beyond the classroom. Our initiatives are designed to support students academically, socially, and emotionally: equipping them with the tools needed to succeed today and thrive tomorrow.

A Safe and Enriching Afterschool Experience

We currently operate a robust afterschool program that provides a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for students whose families may work late hours or simply want their children engaged in activities and building social skills. Parents can feel confident knowing their children are in trusted hands and receiving optimal care, support, and enrichment while building relationships that last a lifetime.

Building Strategic Partnerships

We’re excited to expand our local and national partnerships, forming collaborations that strengthen our programming. By growing our social capital, we are increasing our impact- connecting students with mentors, opportunities, and experiences that shape their futures. (List coming soon)

How We Support Our Scholars

For the past four years, we have been intentionally integrating key academic and enrichment components into students’ daily routines. With the help of certified teachers and specialists, we offer:

  • Academic support, homework help, and test preparation

  • STEAM programming, arts, and cultural exploration

  • Sports and physical wellness activities

  • Financial literacy and real-world budgeting skills

  • Career exposure and college readiness workshops

  • On-site and virtual educational trips and experiences

Giving Back Through Outreach

In addition to our youth-focused programs, we remain committed to giving back to our community through outreach and local events that nurture a strong, unified, and successful neighborhood. Whether it’s hosting resource fairs, volunteer days, or wellness events, we’re proud to engage directly with the families and residents we serve by reinforcing our shared goal of building a thriving community.

Phase II: Supporting Teens and Young Adults

We are currently working on Phase II, expanding services for teens and young adults to support college and career readiness. This includes:

  • Partnering youth with organizations aligned to their interests

  • Providing internship and employment opportunities

  • Connecting students with financial aid advisors for scholarships, grants, and FAFSA guidance

Mentorship from Alumni and Community Leaders

One of our proudest upcoming initiatives is the 2026 launch of our Alumni Mentorship Program, where former participants who are now professionals and college students return to mentor current scholars. Additionally, local leaders and prominent professionals have committed to mentoring and guiding our scholars, ensuring the next generation is empowered to lead and innovate.

Looking Ahead: Phase III

In a few years, we aim to launch Phase III, focusing on providing vital resources and services to the families in our community via addressing their needs holistically to support long-term family success.
